This is one for the more dedicated fans of the combat series. To celebrate the launch of Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Namco Bandai Partners UK have today revealed that they have teamed up with the world famous Frith Street Tattoo studio based in the Soho district of London to offer fans of the fighting series the chance to get a Tekken inspired tattoo.
The partnership, which is a videogame first, will see Frith St. Tattoo studio give the first five people that turn up with a copy of the game a free Tekken inspired tattoo voucher worth up to £300. Simply turn up to the Soho studio on September 14th with a copy of the game, browse through the Tekken inspired images from the official Tekken artists and book your appointment. The award winning artists will be on hand to advice and talk through the process.
The five members of the public will each receive a TTT2 co-branded voucher where they have 3 months to redeem it and have a Tekken inspired tattoo. This opportunity is only available on day of release.
Lee Kirton Marketing Director of Namco Bandai Partners UK said: “It’s exciting to be working with The Frith St. Tattoo studio – they are one of the best in the business and will provide the highest quality Tekken Tag Tournament 2 tattoos. The characters in the game have been intricately designed so the 5 lucky dedicated fans will get themselves a fantastic tattoo that would normally cost hundreds.”
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is out on the 14th September for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
