It would appear that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and it’s release date have been confirmed, not by Activision, but by a good ol’ sneeky photograph from a supermarket. IGN have received images of the pre-sale cards for Black Ops 2 from a Target store in the US.

Although we knew a new Call of Duty game was on the horizon, with an announcement scheduled for May 1st 2012, we did not know for certain that it was a new BLOPS game. Though anyone who has seen the teaser posters could have pretty much guessed it!

More importantly, the pre-sale cards feature the release date of the new game, which has been set for November 13th (my birthday, just sayin’) of this year. Activision are due to make an official announcement on May 1st where I’m sure we’ll all see the first glimpse of the new Black Ops title.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is rumoured for release on November 13th 2012 for X360, PS3 and PC.
